Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment we just require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Because of the long nature of our appointments, the 24 hours notice allows us to offer the appointment time to someone else that may need it.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Privacy Policy
We keep your personal information private, and will not disclose your personal details to anybody other than you (or your nominated representatives). All client files are stored securely in a locked filing cabinet.
